Raziela The room had no window. There was not a single slit in the wall to hint at the outside world. It was spacious, larger than any room I’d ever slept in, with a bed so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud and a thick, plush rug that swallowed the sound of my footsteps. The walls were smooth, painted a pale yellow, yet it felt no different from my cramped room in the Bloodmoon pack, it felt no different from the cell I had been thrown into, or the back of that truck. It felt no different from the cage I had known my whole life, it was just prettier. There was also an unnerving silence that filled the space.
