CHAPTER FIVE Calvin assessed the stranger; he was at least six and a half feet tall but probably more. He wore the appearance of his mid-forties in years along with a well-cut suit. He rocked slightly on his heels as he waited for them. He was a modern day giant, though his slender build made him lofty rather than intimidating. Mr. Hawke kept his hair just long enough to dust the tips of his ears. “Hello.” Their visitor glided forward smoothly and spoke with the voice of a professional businessman. “I called to see if your morning had any availability for a quick visit.” He stared at Calvin again.
