Sabrina's POV
My eyes fluttered open in total darkness. At least I thought so until I blinked repeatedly, finally seeing some light. When I opened my eyes fully, everything came back. I got sedated by a syringe and now I am here. I was definitely on the floor and tied up. Still, I managed to sit up to discover my next step. Before seeing him, I already put two and two together and knew who did this.
When my eyes landed on his, he was already staring hard at me. So he had been watching me sleep then, disgusting.
It took me back to that drunken night. The night I went from the frying pan to this fire right here, this crazy man. My ex husband is definitely the better of the two. I can't believe I made love with this man. I almost puked as I stared at his emotionless face.
