The next day we woke at dawn and quickly dressed. A small meal was brought to us which we devoured immediately. Halvor insisted that I ride with him again and I begrudgingly agreed. The servants were all running around and preparing everything to be put up on the supply wagons. Once again I was amazed at how efficient everything was. By the time Bjorn was ready to go so was the entire army. Halvor lifted me up in the saddle and took his place behind me, pulling me towards him as he always did. A smile crept onto my face as I leaned into his arms. “You know, you’ve changed since we first met” I said to Halvor as we began day two of our journey. “Oh really?
