I groaned as Gala and Ann helped me lay back on the bed. My whole body felt like it was cramping as the baby kept moving further down. It was the worst pain I had ever felt. Diana was at my feet, gently spreading them apart and bending my knees up. She lifted up my shift and gasped.
“Oh Sylvia, I can see the head!” She exclaimed.
“Good!” I yelled out. “Just pull it out so this can be over” I told her. She chuckled and said, “Get ready to push.”
