I could not believe I was going to my father’s house on my own, I had used the whole of yesterday to calm myself and think of a logical solution out of the sticky situation I had suddenly found myself, I knew my father will not back down easily, once he had his mind set on something he always made sure to get it.
When dealing with dad, one had to be very careful because he was as cunning as he was shrewd, I just had to give him something he wanted desperately and what more could he want other than for me to join the family business, I was pretty sure if I told him I was going to take over the business like he wanted he would stop this marriage madness.
