Charlie’s POV
I walked into Augustine’s office just when he was concluding a meeting with his branch heads, I nodded my head in greeting to the men and women as they passed me by on their way out.
Once the office was empty, I walked over to the sofa and fell onto it, feeling drained and tired.
“You look like you have not had a good night’s sleep in days” I heard Augustine said to me.
He was right, I had not slept for a full night since the whole marriage debacle began and it had become worse since I accepted to marry August for 6 months.
I cracked my left eye open to look at Augustine who was looking so relaxed in his armchair as he regarded me with a smirk on his face.
