Her second love : CHAPTER 3

Aditi's P.O.V

Riya was crying in the morning, when I woke up.

"Riya what happened is everything alright, why are you crying??" I asked panicking.

"Aditi, Zain's parents qre going to fix his wedding with his cousin" she replied.

Zain and Riya were childhood sweethearts. After Zain shifted Dubai there was no communication between them. Two years ago when Zain returned India he proposed Riya and now they were dating.

"Ask Zain to talk to his parents" I suggested.

"He told them but they adamant of marrying him to his cousin. Even our religion is different" she told wiping her tears.

"What bullshit, where did the religion come from, if you both love each other no religion will come your way to stop you".

"He promised me that he will never marry anyone except me. He told me he'll elope before his wedding day"

"Hm... call Zain I'll talk to him. We'll make a plan and break his wedding, don't worry" I assured her.

She took her phone and dialed Zain's number and gave me her phone. After few rings he received call.

"Hello, Riya baby, don't cry, I'll break this wedding I promise you babe...."

"Hello this is Aditi, Riya's friend" I replied.

"Sorry Aditi, I was worried about Riya, How is she now??? Did she tell you about...."

I cut him in middle "cool down lover boy.can you meet sunday at our apartment, we need plan something to break your wedding" I told him calmly.

"Yeah sure I'll be there at 11.00 am".

"And yeah bring some if your friends whom you can trust" I informed.

"Yeah, sure Aditi, can you hand over the phone to Riya please??" he requested.

"Yeah sure"I returned her phone and decided to give them some privacy.

I went to bathroom to do my morning business.I prepared breakfast and saw Shyloh still sleeping in the coach. I went to my room and got dressed.

I went near dinning table and started serving breakfast.

"Riya can we go to temple and come back, you know it will make your mind fresh" I suggested her.

"No Aditi you can go, I'll stay at home. I have a light headache"she replied.

"Ok then take your medicine, I'll go to temple and then hospital" I informed her.

"Sorry Aditi because of me................"

"Just shut up Riya aren't we besties".

"But Aditi".

"No but nothing, I'll try to come fast you take care, bye".

"Bye Aditi".

I took my car from garage and stated driving towards temple.

My phone was ringing, I received the call.

"Riya are you alright" I asked worryingly.

"Yeah I am alright Aditi, bring pedigree to Shyloh while coming home".

"Ok Riya, bye".

"Bye Aditi"

I parked my car near the temple and went inside. After praying ,I sat on veranda and was thinking about something.

"Looks like some is in a deep thought" I was startled I saw lady around 30's sitting near me.

"Oh! I was just thinking about life" I replied politely.

"Hmm.... myself Swetha Srivatsav " she introduced herself.

"I am Aditi Sharma" I replied smiling.

"Are you a college student??" she questioned.

"No, No I am cardiologist".

"Oh...ok.........wai are you Aditi Sharma qmas one of the top Cardiologist in Mumbai" she asked surprisingly.

"Umm yeah.." I replied.

"you look young" she commented.

I giggled to her comment.

"Do you have a boyfriend??" her question surprised me.

"No " I replied uncomfortable.

"Don't mind me I am a quite talkative but, I am surprised how can a beautiful lady stay single".

"I am not interested in dating" I replied smiling.

"You are same as my workaholic brother, he don't even see the face of girls. My younger brother sometimes thinks he is gay" she replied giggling.

"You are cute" I blurted.

She started laughing "Even you are cute and innocent as a angel"

I felt my cheeks heat up.

I looked at my phone and saw it was 10:30 am.

"Ok bye it was nice meeting you, here is my card we can catch up sometimes" I told her.

"Yeah sure Aditi, bye take care" she replaid smiling.

Time skip..........

It was 7:00 in the evening I took my bag and headed towards garage amd went to store to buy pedigree and then reached to my apartment. I pressed the door bell. Riya opened the door.

"How areyou feeling now Riya??".

"Good Aditi" she replied.

"Sunday Zain and his friends are coming " I informed.

"Yeah he told me".

"I'll go and fresh up lets have a dinner" I told her.

"Yeah".

After having dinner we retired to bed.
