When I return, dawn has fallen upon the earth. The chirping has died down but my excitement and giddiness hasn't.
For a simple task, I'd been given the chance to remain in the Palace if all fell in place.
All I have to do, according to Cedric, is out Nelissa's true identity to Gareth. That way, he would be put on crossroads while severely hating her enough to have her banished.
She will be tagged a traitor as soon as the truth is out. Of course, she would and nothing makes me happier than that.
She'd escaped to Eckgan, hiding away because she knew she had a child for the King. I know she's always hated the King for treating her harshly but not enough to watch him step down from the throne while she hid here with his heir.
