Madeline’s POV I lay in bed for a few moments then shift to another side. Then another. And another. I turn the pillow over. Turn off the lights. Turn the lights back on. I get up to take a shower. Who needs showers, I flop back on the bed. My hair smells weird, I need a shower.  Walls of tile and floors of marble greet me like I stranger I never met but slightly remember. Taking off my clothes, I jump into the walk-in shower and turn the knob.  Ack- hot hot too hot! I turn the knob. Gah- too cold!
