Aanya grew up in Aurangabad, in a well-to-do, loving family. Her father wanted her to stay cautious and obedient, but her mother always encouraged her to explore the world, trust her instincts, and face challenges without fear.

When her father’s business expanded to Devgarh, the family relocated. Aanya enrolled in Silverwood College, determined to make her own mark rather than follow the crowd.

Before she even set foot in Devgarh, she had already heard whispers about Rudra Mehra — the boy feared by everyone, top of his class, with a street-smart gang that ruled the college.
