“Your face is red.” Gianna said, “Are you feeling okay?”
I snapped out of my thoughts and lied. “I'm fine. Is everything alright between you and Alpha Axel?” I asked absent mindedly. He had walked past Anna without saying a word; she also pretended as though she didn't see him.
“It …” Gianna frowned with a thoughtful expression on her face. “It's nothing.” She clicks her tongue in anger and gives me an apologetic smile. “Please give me a few minutes; I will be back.”
