I was so happy to be going home. With my new wife. Little did she know I had a few plans up my sleeve as well. She sure surprised me by hosting our wedding day at the hospital.
We could not make love on our wedding day like I planned. But we snuggled all night long there at the hospital. Today a few days later we were going home! They had to wheel me out in a wheelchair. But that was hospital policy.
Myra was at my side. They all saw me off. So many of the staff. Many were cheering for us. And we waved back. Then we were off on our way. I was seated in the back of our limo. Myra places her arm around my shoulder. I snuggle next to her side. She pours us a glass of champagne to celebrate. I take a sip and she does to.
