Kai’s POV
‘You ready?’ I called up from the bottom of the stairs, it was 6pm and I was right on time. I had arranged to meet her here and her mum was dropping us off. We were going into the main town to eat and have a few drinks and would get a taxi back.
‘2 minutes’ she called back; I could tell she was rushing. ‘Ok, I’m ready!’ she smiled as she glided down the stairs.
