Leah’s POV
I woke up even more confused than when I went to bed.
Last week I had rang Mel and asked if I could come by today, I had planned a little day trip on my own, and when I told her my plan and she was excited to help.
I was now glad I had, it gave me another 24 hours on my own before I would eventually have to speak to Jayden and deal with the confusion going on in my head. It really wasn’t fair on him I drag it out any further.
I got everything I had ready, put it all in the car and Mel had said she had everything else I needed. It was going to be a bit of a slog, but it would be completely worth it.
I arrived at the house and despite having been here a thousand times, I was nervous. Mel came out of the door as the car came to a stop and pulled me in for a hug.
