His attacks, which I had faced a few minutes ago, were furious and were also very tactful, but it was a pity that I dodged them well.

“What deal are you talking about?” Though I know what the deal is going to be about, I have the curiosity to know what kind of deal he is going to put forward to me. “But before you make a deal, just remember that I am not just a kid.” I said to him with a smirk on my face.

“See kid, you have a bright future ahead and killing you isn’t a nice idea at all. So why don’t you just hand me the deity knife and I will spare your life.” I shook my head while my hands were crossed over my chest.

“Don’t be like an old turtle. You are slow-witted. Even if you have the desire to take away the knife by sparing my life, then this is the dumbest proposal that I came across. I won’t trade that shouldn’t be traded and this knife is not something which could be traded just like that. To win over it, you have to fight with me and kill me and after that you can happily take this knife away from me.”

“Ridiculous. Don’t you admire your life?”

“I do.”

“Then it would be better that you handed over this knife to me and got ahead with your life. From here our paths would be separated.” I took some steps back.

“This is the truth that I admire my life a lot, but it is also true that I won’t hand over the things which shouldn’t leave their place. Why are you wasting your time in talking with me instead of getting into a fight with me? It would be easier for us to judge who is going to take away this knife with them today.”

“You are a fool. You are letting go of such an opportunity, now I think that I have to be strict with you.” At this moment my eyes went wide a little as I thought of someone whom I despise a lot.

“You, old fool,” I said with a bitter smile, and looked at him and his weapon appeared again.

He lifted his weapon while I was on my guard. He put the weapon down and it made a sound and that confused me. What is he doing? That was my first thought and the next moment my answer was coming in my way, and that too, in a deadly way. Before I knew something, it knocked me backwards and my back hit the tree trunk.

“The offer still stands.” I let out a bitter chuckle.

“You can do whatever you want, you are free to do, but you can’t take away the knife just like that.” I said and stood up and took out the knife. I stood in the position while the knife was pointed forward. He smirked a bit.

“You are going to pay with your life.”

“I don’t care about anything else. Come on.” He said and did the same thing and the waves, which didn’t have a sound and had a beautiful golden aura, stirred up and were coming in my way and I was prepared this time and when it was about to strike, I struck back and a mix of orange and golden flames came out of came knife and strike the wave and that amazed me. It had seen its strikes before as well, but I was never this amazed and I looked at that thunder giant and he was amazed after the collision of our strike.

“Kid, for the last time I am asking you to hand over that weapon. That weapon is powerful and someone who is powerful can hold its power and that is our king.”

“I can’t understand the king who brought the curse on your home. How can you still pray to him?”

“This is not what you should be concerned about. You should hand me over or else….”

“Or else…?”

“I have to be strict with you.”

“Then you can carry on with your tricks. We will fight with them but this knife won’t reach the hands of those kings.” I heard a voice beside me and I saw Prashant and he was looking forward.

“Are you okay? Are you feeling sick or have you eaten something wrong?” He rolled his eyes and I chuckled.

“You should keep quiet.” I nodded.

“You both then get ready to suffer hell.” I looked at him and he nodded at me and we had both taken our position. He was also having the strict face and started to throw the lightning bolt in our way and that made me laugh a bit. You might like to know that? Because his action reminds me of my teacher who used to break his chalk and throw it in my way when I didn’t pay attention or was sleeping. This scene so much reminds me of him.

“Will you stop laughing and concentrate?” I didn’t realize that I was laughing. I started to attack the lightning bolt and they were all down and I looked at him.

“Any more attacks left with you?” I asked him and smirked.

“You are really good at making other people angry.” I heard his voice and I looked at him.

“How did I agitate you?”

“Don’t mind me.” He looked away.

“Thunder.” We all heard a voice which was tender and was also soft. I looked at Prashant and he was also looking at me. “Stop this war.” I looked at the entrance of the cave and saw the pink hair. I mean Princess Tiara. I guess that was her name only.

“Princess,” he said, and he immediately kneeled down and bowed his respect to her. I guess she wasn’t lying, but that doesn’t make me think that she is reliable now. She is still on my black list and her gaining my trust would be impossible.

“Princess, what are you doing over here? You should be in the palace.”

“Of course she should be in the palace. I can’t understand why the hell she is with us. She should leave us.”

“Can’t you see that she is helping us? Why are you nagging her?” I looked at him with questioning eyes.

“I am nagging her? Have you ever read a fairytale? Haven’t you read that princesses end up in the palace?” He rolled his eyes.

“You are making her go away as soon as possible.”

“I want to make her go away as soon as possible. She doesn’t belong among us. Wait a minute…are you falling for her? If that is true, then I will try to trust her.” I looked at him with teasing eyes and he looked away and I chuckled.

“You are both mannerless. The princess is in front of you and you are both standing and now even paying respect.” That thunder said and I rolled my eyes. I don’t like this princess in front of me at all and he is thinking that I will pay my respect to someone whom I don’t even like one bit.

“That is not needed. They are my friends.” She said, and I looked at her but she was looking at someone specifically. I followed her gaze and that gaze landed on Prashant, who was looking away. I sighed. I guess I am the third wheel over here. “You should leave from here.”

“Princess, please come with me. I will take you to the palace.”

“Please take her away.” She shot a glare in my way and I looked away.

“I won’t be going away from here. I will come back once I feel better from getting away. I will come back to go.”

“But princess, the king is waiting for you in the palace.”

“You should leave. I will come back once I feel like coming back.” She was getting irritated. Princess fever. Well, I guess I am wrong over here. She is already a princess, so saying this is technically wrong.

“See, she is helping us.”

“So?”

“Then you should trust her a bit.” I went to him and put my hand on his shoulder and he looked at me and I leaned a bit while maintaining the distance.

“If you start to like her, then admit it.” I said to him and he glared at me before pushing me away and I chuckled.

“You should stop with your nonsense.”

“I can’t persuade you, princess. If you are unwilling, then I am leaving to leave, but please take him and especially the person who has the deity knife. He is no good person.” What? Are they talking about me?

“ He even knows that you are not a good person,” Prashant said to me, and I looked at him and that made me remember something.

“Don’t worry, I am better at being a bad person than being a good person to someone who doesn’t deserve it at all.” I looked at him and he looked at me weirdly.

“I was just joking. Why are you taking it to your heart?” I clenched my fist.

“I am leaving princess.” After that he went away.

“Thanks for helping us today,” Prashant said to her.

“Thanks.” I said to her dryly and looked away.

“I don’t want your thanks, which is as dry as a dry pond.”

“Then how do you think that I should thank you? If you hadn’t come in between, then I would have destroyed him.”

“I don’t want to talk with you.”

“I also don’t want to talk with you. We should get something to eat. I am hungry.” I said. “I think I should go and get some fruit.”

“I will come with you.” Prashant said to me.

“What about her?” I pointed at her.

“I can protect myself.”

“Why don’t you come along with us?” I looked at him and he looked away. I smirked. I don’t know what is going on on his mind, but I know that I am just teasing him and he in leaving me without offending. I don’t know if he is really falling for her or not, but I guess it would be difficult for both of them.

I suppressed my thoughts because I guess I was thinking of something which is far away from here. I should control my thoughts.

“Okay.” And I looked at her while raising one of my brows and she looked away after she looked at me.

“When I tried to say the same thing, then you refused, but when he said so, he, you said okay. You are very biased among us,” I said to her and she rolled her eyes.

“Shaurya, stop teasing her.”

“What can I do about that? Then should I tease you?”

“You are impossible.”

“I guess when you don’t have many words with you to describe me, then you just say that I am impossible. But these words make me feel that I am unique.” I said to him and he rolled his eyes.

“We should get some fruit then.” We went away and got some fruit. We ate and talked before we sat forward. I am waiting for more adventures and I guess this journey will be memorable in my whole lifetime.
