There was still that tense atmosphere between us. Even if I don’t want to fight with her, she won’t even stop, even if I try to have peace.

“Don’t regret it after I beat you up and don’t cry, saying that I haven’t given you a chance to surrender.” I chuckled at her words.

“You sure are fun. I won’t cry about such a stupid thing. If you really are daring, then kill me, but without stabbing my back. Play a fair game and we will know if I will be the one who cries or you,” I said, and she was calm about this matter. That is a great thing about her.

“Then why don’t we begin?”

“I have been waiting for this only,” I said, and both my knife and her sword collided. We both could feel the energy of each other’s weapon and that was so powerful.

“I bet that you can’t handle this.” I looked at her and smirked.

“Don’t be so proud already,” I said, and pushed her sword away. I looked at Prashant who was sleeping. How can he sleep in this intense atmosphere?

“Don’t worry, he is under a spell so he won’t be hearing anything.” Her voice echoed in my ears.

“I guess that is also right. When we are the one who is going to fight, then why do we need the third person's attention.” Her eyes darkened.

“You have so much confidence in yourself. Don’t you?”

“Why waste your time in saying the words, just fight?” I said and she smirked and started to come towards me at a speed. No doubt that she is a fierce one, but now that I am seeing her power, I guess she must be on the top and I couldn’t understand how she fell into that trap through which she could come out easily or was a trap for me so that we could save her and she found the a best moment she could attack me. But if I had heard and thought about this, then maybe an innocent person would have been trapped in that place.

“Don’t get distracted.” I heard her voice and that made me realize that I was fighting also. She was flying just a few inches above and was coming in my way with only her sword in her hand. I took her strike with my knife and her power was much greater than mine and I think that she is trained well to protect the king, but I can’t lose just now.

I pushed at her sword and she fell in the distance and when she stood up, her sword was broken into pieces. I looked at my knife but it was all okay.

“Now you think that I am the real owner of this knife and who really deserves it.” I asked her and she looked at me and scoffed and I chuckled. She looked at me and was angrier than before. I have to salute her spirit because, even after such a defeat, she is still strong and wants to fight with me.

“I won’t give up that easily.”

“I have no problem with that. Come on, I am just waiting for you to fight.” I said and she smirked before she put forward both of her hands and closed her eyes and mumbled something, and then her hand started to glow with the purple light and then she opened her eyes and, instead of pupils, her eyes were of violet colour.

“Now, if you can rescue yourself from this, then I would believe in you.” I saw her voice, I had a feeling that whatever she was going to do would be super dangerous. From her hand, lights came out in the form of balls. I was also ready and started to dodge and I heard a blast behind me. Is she carrying a bomb in her power? Whatever the thing is, I don’t care about that, because if it touched me, then it would definitely kill me.

“Are you scared?” She asked me and I looked at her and smirked and she was confused at my expression.

“Bring it on. I am so ready for this,” I said, and this just added to her anger. I couldn’t understand this at all. I am just speaking and that too in a brave tone, why does that make you angry? Is that because you wanted something else but is getting something else? Then I am sorry about this, but you will get only the unexpected thing only. “If you were thinking that I would be scared and would give up on this fight only I am sorry to disappoint you, but I am not really so much sorry as well.” I winked in her way and she was shocked for a while before he last expression again take over here and she started to fire her bomb balls in my way and I was keep on dodging them but the thing that hurt me was that, the organism who are getting hit by this are destroying and this is not what I want. Let’s see if my knife can do anything.

I looked at my head and at one time three were coming in my way on a diagonal. I looked at my knife and took a deep breath and built up some confidence in myself. She can’t destroy a deity knife just like that. My hands tightened on the knife and I took a full circle in my place before I struck in her way and in a blink all which were coming in my way all in her way and she was shocked and quickly put her hands down and again mumbled something because a semi-sphere of violet color came over her. I guess that is for protection and it did work pretty well and saved her. I couldn’t help but chuckle.

“Why are you laughing?” She asked in an angry tone.

“Nothing, I am just thinking that the bombs which should have blasted over me left your command and fell on you only.”

“Laugh as much as you like, but don’t think that this is your victory.” I put my arms up and shook my head.

“Ms. I never think that I have gained victory and this was nothing. I will get my victory after I defeat your king. That would be a real victory for me,” I said to her.

“That will only be decided when you and the king are face to face.”

“That is also correct.” Suddenly, I heard some small voices and I looked at Prashant and he was waking up. I was going towards him when I saw the dense fog around me and then I saw a violet light which struck me and I stumbled back and then I heard a voice near my ears.

Forget everything which had happened between us. We never fight with each other.

It was followed by two claps and my eyes were closed and then I felt someone was shaking me and I opened my eyes and saw Prashant and the girl whom we had saved the last day.

“Why were you sleeping while standing?” I looked at him weirdly as I couldn’t understand what he was saying.

“What are you saying?”

“When I woke up, you were standing and that too, with eyes closed?” I scratched the back and neck of mine.

“I don’t remember anything. I think that I had come over here and after that what happened I can’t remember anything.”

“Do you want to remember it?”

“Nah, I think that it doesn’t matter, but the great matter is the king himself.”

“No doubt, I am sorry for last night.”

“No problem, as the sun rises, I have forgotten those words.”

“Then let’s go forward.” We started to move forward. Let’s see what the future holds for me.

King

There were only a few minutes before the morning would come and I thought Shaurya would also return. I looked back and saw her and I didn’t think that she would be waking up any time soon. I have an idea. This would be one of the best times when I could test him. I went towards her and squatted down and mumbled a spell and then, when I opened my eyes, my body was swapped with hers. We almost exchanged everything except power. Though I can’t take her powers, I will have her aura.

Her aura is a beautiful shade of violet. I feel sorry, but this is one of the ways. He trusts his friend Prashant and if I tried to do that, then it would be difficult. I would fight with him and if I won over here, only then would it be nice, but if I didn’t, then I have other plans as well.

I heard a voice and looked back and saw him. I didn’t say anything but attacked him. We started to fight with each other and he was really good at fighting, though I could see that he didn’t really want to fight, but then he also fought and that, too, in a good way, and he even broke my sword. Everything was going the opposite of what I was thinking. He was winning while my fierce attacks were making no difference at all. It was as if they were all meaningless in front of him and it was all because of the knife which he had. This knife power could be something that I had never really imagined. Now I so badly want to take it, but I can’t.

I decided that if the weapon didn’t help, then magic would definitely help and I started to strike in his way, but he was able to dodge and his confidence was something which was making me fiercer and irritated and made me attack him more and, at last, everything went opposite. I thought that magic could help me, but it turned into my own enemy and before they could attack me, I put on protection. He is not at all naïve. He has experience and I have just added in his experience and now I have to break this one by one. I have to defeat him, but right now is not the good time.

I heard a small voice and saw that she was about to wake up. I have to switch up as soon as possible. I threw the fog ball and it created a fog and I put a spell over him so that he could forget everything. If he remembers that we had a fight, then it would create a problem.

I went towards her and swapped our bodies once again and when the fog went away, we had a casual talk among ourselves and then we went forward.

If I didn’t do that, then I think there was a high chance of me getting caught. I felt a tug at my clothes and I looked back and saw her and she with me a smile. She recognized me already.

“Well, I didn’t ask who you are and how you got trapped?”

“I am one of the ministers of the King and my name is Rose. I was trying to hunt but I fell into a trap and got caught and that lion wasn’t ready to leave.”
