We were again walking our path and trying to follow this path to reach our destination and in this Princess Tiara is helping us a lot. Though I am unable to read her at all, I think that she will definitely help him. I have seen her staring at him like her life depends on her. He had just saved her life and she was willing to give her whole life to her. Though by seeing Prashant one can say that this person can never fall in love with someone and that is what image I have in my mind, even if he cares, but his care can’t be mistaken with love. He doesn’t feel anything for Princess Tiara at all and I guess she is aware of this and it would be better that she keeps this in her mind and doesn’t hope.

“How long do we have to walk?” I asked.

“Why are you tired again?” Prashant asked me and I could smell the mock in his voice and I shook my head. He is becoming my influence.

“No, I am very active. But this trip is getting boring.”

“Do you want to kill?” Princess Tiara asked,

“I wouldn’t dare to kill anyone in front of the princess. But is there any short cut to reach the palace?”

“There is a short cut.” She said and that gave me hope.

“Then why didn’t you tell us before?” I asked her.

“But that short cut is more dangerous than this current path.” Her voice was holding seriousness, so I don’t think that she was really joking about that.

“What does that mean?”

“That place only allows the people of this place. If a stranger tries to get in, then every kind of trap is unlocked and the person, and their attacks are so speedy and fierce that they might spare a person a second.”

“I think this path is better.”

“Good to know. Ahead there is going to be another trap, so be careful. Reaching my brother is hard.”

“Don’t you know what kind of traps are ahead?”

“No, I don’t have any kind of knowledge about that, but I know one thing and that is, my brother set those traps while being there. He was the one who had set this trap personally and I am not aware of so many.”

“Then how do you know about those which you know?”

“That is because I have one time seen the map of here and there were red signs on many places and every corner of this place has a new trap, but I couldn’t remember many of them so I can’t tell you.”

“Yet you know something. By the way, you are telling me everything so easily. Why? Are you trusting me?”

“Who is trusting you?” She spat in my way and I kind of flinched at her sudden action. She sure is fierce towards me but a soft flower in front of Prashant.

“Then why leak the words?”

“Is my help pining for your heart?”

“It is not, but maybe if I were in your place then I wouldn’t have leaked so much to someone whom I had met just last night ago and to that person who had pointed the knife and threatened my life.” I said to her and her lips got sewed. I guess that is why she is only unable to speak anything.

“Then you should be thankful that I am forgiving and I have forgiven you for last night.” How come this only turned out for me?

“I don’t need your forgiveness, but I would only say that you shouldn’t trust me that much to leak such words. Though you haven’t leaked so many words and that is wise of you, yet you have told us about a secret shortcut and about the traps.”

“Well, technically, I haven’t shown you where the shortcut is and I haven’t told you about that kind of trap.”

“You are correct about that.”

“And even if I weren't here, then you could also have found the route to the palace and have fought with my brother and kill him.”

“Whatever you have said is true anyway.”

“That is why you should worry about yourself.”

“I am worrying about myself and am also extremely afraid of losing my life, but I see, at the same time, I am willing and ready to sacrifice my life, but that person walking ahead of you won’t let me leave that easily.”

“Don’t you want to go back home to your mother?” He said.

“After so long, I have been hearing your voice in conversation. I had a weird feeling inside that maybe you have lost interest in me and don’t want to talk to me at all.” I couldn’t see his reaction because he was walking before us.

“ Interested in you?” the Princess said.

“Why not? He is my friend after all and we have been together from the start of this difficulty, so he is my fighter companion and my best friend.” I said and was feeling proud about that, but he didn’t say anything.

“I don’t want to talk about either of your interests.” She said and after that she mumbled that she was thirsty and that I had only heard. Just like last time when I heard that she was saying that she can’t walk anymore and I decided to take that with me. It is not like that I want to take care of her, but I think we need to take care of whether we want to or not as her brother is what is our main focus and she must be a key, yet I don’t want to use her for achieving my mission. I heard a water body.

“Come behind me.” I said and they both looked at me and before anyone of them could even utter a word, I started to run away. It is a kind of fun game when I run away and let them think about what is going to happen next. Though I don’t know how I obtained this power, it is really helpful for me and can help me in this mission.

“I won’t be asking this time where we are going.” I chuckled when I heard Prashant’s voice and we reached a place and it was like we had entered heaven. There was sunlight and the light which was reflecting over the water was making it sparkle and it was all so beautiful and there were white flower bushes and they were just the right touch up for this scenery.

“Where are we?” Prashant asked me.

“No idea.”

“Though I have been living over here for over so many decades, then I have also never seen such a beauty?”

“That means that your age must be younger than my grandmother, but you look so much younger, just like us.”

“This is our blessing, that we can be immortal and young for forever.”

“Cool. Now that we have reached over here. Let’s drink water.” I said and went towards the water but someone held me and I looked at the back and saw Prashant.

“What if it is an illusion?” I looked back at the water body and remembered the last time, but there was just a little sound of the water and none of the other sounds.

“There is no other sound over here.” He let go of my hand but I could see the doubt on his face. “If you don’t believe you, then let me check. If there would be something, then I would eventually know and I would attack in no time,” I said, and went towards the pond. The pond had water which was all white and that made me think over his words. I took a small amount of water and drank it and my tongue fell in love with the water.

“This water is so…. I can’t describe it in words that make me want to have more.” He looked at me weirdly and I put my hand to the deep and my hand touched something and it was small and round. I took some out and to my surprise they were pearls. Prashant came beside me and did the same thing and he also took out some pearls in his hands and he looked at Tiara and I also looked at her.

“You both don’t look at me at all. I don’t know anything about this.” She started to come towards her but she was pushed back and she fell on the ground and that made my eyes widen.

“What is going on?” Prashant was the first one to run towards her and help her.

“I don’t know why, but I am unable to get inside this. This place is well protected by a spell which is unknown to me. This place is mysterious.” She said and I saw that the spell had harmed her in some way.

“Just think about it, maybe you have heard about this place. This place has only prohibited you but allowed us.” She looked up and we also looked up and found a bird which went away without looking in this place.

“This is one of the pets of our kingdom, he also didn’t see us. This place must be prohibited for anyone who is connected to anyone somehow and you are both not at all connected to him. That is why they are allowing you.” I took her hand and put a pearl in her hand and that burned in her hand and also burnt her hand.

“I am sorry.” I said to her.

“Don’t worry.”

“I shouldn’t have put this just like this.”

“This place must be unknown to many of us because it has hid itself away from us, but when you arrive it also showed itself. You guys are really marvelous.” She said and I looked in the direction of Prashant but he was nowhere to be seen and I smiled when I knew where he must be. I blew on her hand but to my surprise, it had more flames and she was pressing her lips in pain. I stopped blowing.

“This is the curse which your brother has brought on you. For you and me it must be a beautiful dream, but this dream is beautiful, just for me, but a nightmare and a dead hole for you.”

“My brother was not that greedy before. I don’t know what had possessed his soul that made me so greedy about this power and all that.”

“When greed develops, then it possesses the body. Your brother might have been a very great king, but when his heart started to think about the enormous power, then his greed started and that possessed his body. Once greed develops, then it is very hard to uproot. If your brother had taken action to destroy this greed, then nothing like this would have happened.”

“Now stop blaming my brother.”

“Why can't the little princess hear more?”

“Who likes to hear the bad wording for their near and dear one?”

“You got the point.”

“By the way, where is Prashant?”

“Why? Will you confess to him?” I joked and she glared at me while her cheeks were getting red. “Don’t worry, he has gone to find the remedy for your burn.”
