Jaselyn's POV
A tap from behind nearly makes me jump. I quickly turn around to see that it's the maid in charge of me. The look on her face is one of worry and slight annoyance.
“Your highness, why did you leave the room without telling me? I was really worried, I've been looking for you all through the palace. You're still recovering, you shouldn't wander around the palace. When you're fully healthy, I promise I'll give you a tour of the entire palace but for now please take it easy.” The maid named Mari cautioned.
“Sorry. I'm just so sick of being stuck in my room all day, I wanted some fresh air.” I say with a pout and she sighs.
