Jaselyn's POV
The Alpha is calling me? But why? What could he possibly want with me?
“If I were you I'd get going.” The maid snapped.
“Ah yes, thank you for telling me. Where is the Alpha?”
“He just finished his meeting so I think he should be in his office.” She said and continued on while I sighed in exasperation.
“Why do you think he's calling us?” Nila asked, equally curious.
“I don't know but whatever it is, it can't be good, that's for sure.” I grumbled and made my way to the office.
The palace is huge and I haven't really been to every part of it so it took some trial and error but I finally found the Alpha's office.
I knocked on the door twice and he told me to come in. He looked up from the documents he was reading.
“I called for you a while ago. What took you so long?”
