As Jinu's cries continued to echo around the dungeon, I turned to Nolan.
“Get me the drug.”
“But…..”
“Get me the drug.” I ordered again, stressing the words this time.
Nolan sighed and got up, leaving the room only to return a few minutes later with a syringe.
“Be careful with it, an overdose could cause hallucinations or worse….. It could mess him up forever. That's why we only use it in extreme cases.” Nolan warned and handed it over to me.
It's almost comical how he's showing concern for this brat when he tortures people almost every other day. It's annoying.
