I couldn't tell if it was the anxiety but an excruciating pain seized my abdomen. In an instant, it felt like my insides were being squeezed and turned inside out.
I winced, gripping my stomach. Another wave of the sharp pain tore a scream out of me and suddenly, my legs felt like jelly and they couldn't seem to hold me up anymore so I crouched down but the pain just kept aggravating, hitting me like a torrential downpour
