There's no way I could have been mistaken about this. It's Blade I just saw but his clandestine meeting with Isla at this time of night makes no sense.
They don't even get along from what I've seen so why would they meet and what did they talk about? What could have been in that box that Blade handed Isla?
These questions continue to toss and turn in my mind but I take a deep breath as if to dismiss them.
I take the plate and spatula and help myself to some of the lasagna. I sit at the kitchen counter and eat it. It's delicious as expected but my mind keeps wandering over to the scene I just witnessed.
