Counting down the minutes till the doctor arrived was agonizing. I even yelled at her when I had no right to, given the weather condition. As usual, Rion managed to keep a levelhead and apologized to the doctor, explaining how we found Jaselyn while I paced about, consumed by fear and anxiety. I felt like a child once more, pitiful and helpless.
