ELLE'S POV
I carefully turned the knob making sure no sound would ever scape as I enter Vient's room, my son, who was still under the state of augean trauma. His condition was unpredictable that it attacks anywhere and anytime. I sat down at the edge of the bed.
"Vient, anak?" My voice was filled with overflowing tenderness. My heart is breaking, I'm scared that a monster would answer me.
I slowly reached my shaking hands to him longing to touch him but I was scared that I might wake his monsters.
"Mommy-Nay?" His voice was hoarse, struggling to fight. Kumawala ang mga namuong luha sa mata ko at pinigilan ang sariling humagulgul. I don't want his monsters to hear a single noise.
I hushed. "It's okay, my prince, just take a rest." I hug him tight but tender. He was hugging me back.
