My Alpha Husband's Betrayal

Chapter 4

Rosalie's POV:

"Hello Dad," I said, and he responded, "How are you doing Rosalie. Your husband phoned me and told me that you're sick and having mental problems. Are you alright now? Your mother and I are on our way to see you."

My fist clenched as I heard what my father just said to me. "Dad, I have no mental problems. Liam is lying to you." As I said that, the room door unlocked and Liam walked into the room and looked at me. His silver eyes meeting mine and sending shivers down my spine as I gulped.

"Rose, how can you say that Alpha Liam is lying? Do you see that you have got some real mental problems. Don't worry, we will get the perfect physician to treat you. He also told us that you're pregnant and he's afraid that your mental health might affect the babies."

"Babies?" I looked at Liam's face in disbelief. "How dare you rush to call my parents and tell them that I had mental problems Liam? Had it gotten to the point of lying to your pack members?" I growled at him, but he seemed so unfazed and walked up to meet me.

He snatched the phone from my hands as my father kept muttering, "Hello, hello."

"Good evening, chief. I'm here now. I already explained to you what happened to your daughter and she needs to be under my watch and surveillance until she gets better," Liam said, and I shouted, "That's a lie, father! Ha! My tummy."

Liam swiftly ended the call and rushed up to the bed to meet me. "It's okay, Rose. You will be alright now," He said soothingly as he caressed my back, but I smacked his hands away.

"Get away from me, you liar and cheat. Do you think that by deceiving my parents, you can deceive me too? You have failed, and I am going to end this marriage and leave here!" I warned Liam, but he said nothing.

"Do not mess with me, Rose. You should know that no one will believe you, and even if you end up proving it, you are my Luna, and you cannot leave your responsibility behind and divorce me. So get well soon and take care of my pups. I don't want them getting sick with your stubbornness. I will send Vanessa now to bring your meals here," Liam walked up to the door and paused as he looked at me. His silver eyes met mine, but I looked away, my eyes filled with tears.

I kept crying on the bed, unable to believe this harsh reality.

A knock on my door interrupted my train of thought, and Vanessa came into the room to meet me.

"Luna, I brought your dinner, and Alpha insisted that you must eat it for the sake of your pups," she said, and my anger boiled.

As she neared the bed, I smacked the tray away, and Vanessa's eyes widened in horror.

"Get away from me, you stupid she-wolf. Do you think I will trust you too after all you all have done to me today? It's better Liam accepts my divorce and allows me to leave here with my parents once they arrive. Or he should be prepared to bury me as I cannot eat anything from you or this house again!" I growled, and Vanessa bowed her head and apologized to me, saying, "I am sorry, Luna."

"Just get out!" I shouted at her, and just then, my parents arrived.

Mom wore an expensive white dress with black shoes, and Dad was clad in a brown shirt and black shoes.

"Rose, what's going on with you? Why did you reject the food?" Dad asked me as he entered the room, while Vanessa bowed before my parents and left us.

"Dad, Mom. Good evening," I burst out crying as my mother walked up to meet me. She was a brown-skinned woman, and she looked younger and resembled me. Although I am fairer than her, and my father was fair-complexioned too.

"It's okay, Rose. Stop crying, okay. You will be fine. We know you have been worried, having not gotten pregnant for three years, and now the moon goddess has finally given you and your husband the fruit of the womb. Just came down alright, and everything will be fine," Mom spoke to me, and I continuously shook my head.

As I wanted to reveal the truth to them, just then, the room door unlocked, and Liam entered the room, still in his blue shirt and black pants. My parents immediately greeted him as he was the alpha of our pack, the strongest man here.

"Welcome, Alpha," Dad greeted him, and Liam shook hands with him while I glared at him. He said, "I'm sorry that I bothered you, chief. But Rose had been acting sick and saying things that I cannot comprehend. We later found out that her pregnancy hormones caused it. I am so happy that I will become a father soon, and I don't want anything bad to happen to Rose, that was why I invited you two to speak to her."

Liam looked at me as he said that to my father, and my eyes darkened. "He's lying, father. He mated with his Beta, Alex Grayson!" I shouted, and my father looked at me in shock.

"What are you saying, Rosalie? How can you accuse Alpha Liam of having an affair with Beta Alex? It's obvious you have gone sick. Alpha, please forgive our daughter. We will speak to her and lecture her well," My father pleaded, and I cried out, "I'm not lying, father. I caught them together on the bed. He was sleeping with his Beta and fụcking him before my return. Let him go on and marry Beta Alex. I want a divorce."

My mother looked at me in shock as she was holding me closely to her chest.

"What has come over you, Rosalie? Just because you see Alpha Liam and Beta Alex working together to govern this pack, you now believe that they're sleeping together. How ridiculous," Mom said, and my tears continued to stream down my cheeks.

"Mom, so you and Dad do not believe me? That Liam cheated on me and slept with his fellow man?" I asked them as my mother immediately moved away from the bed and looked at me angrily.

"Shut up, Rosalie? Where are your manners as a woman? How can you accuse Alpha Liam and Beta Alex to be in an affair? Have you ever seen a man sleeping with his fellow man? Where did he want to use and fụck him? Just keep shut?! I am sure the too much books that you're reading at the school library has affected your brain and made you reasoning this. I won't stand here and listen to such. Now apologize to Alpha Liam immediately?!" Mom ordered, and my blue eyes narrowed at her.

Mom never used to believe me. I should have known that.

"I will never apologize to him," I growled, and as my mother wanted to smack me, Liam caught her wrist and said, "It's okay, mother-in-law. It's why I called you both here. Rosalie came back and saw me discuss about our pack safety with Alex, and she concluded we were mating when we weren't. Please, allow me to handle her as I do not want to lose my Luna."

"You don't have to beg us, Alpha. You can do whatever you want with Rosalie. She's your wife, and you have every right to treat her until she returns back to her senses," My mother said, and my Dad was still silent and looking at us while I facepalmed my face, and I started crying.
