Vedika woke up with a snap, her heart racing like an out of control horse as sweat dripped on her forehead.
Looking to the side, she saw the oscillating wooden chair. Someone has been sitting there.
She was in the hotel room, they checked in with the family but why was it so quite?
Vedika push aside the blanket and stood up on the cold floor.
"Sofia di, Preesha." She called out.
"Vedika child you are up." Vedika's father Harish came running inside the room and towards her.
"Pa where is everyone?"
"You mother is down, having meal with Sofia and Preesha. How are you feeling?"
"I'm okay pa. Just had a weird dream."
"Dream?"
"I dreamt that everyone got the news on me and Aditya dating. So scary." Vedika sighed but Harish stood there frozen.
"What? Why are you-"
