The Surprised Wolf

Chapter 7, Dad talk

It was Friday and that was when they decided to move Blossom into the packhouse. Blossom was not sure how she felt about leaving her father home alone, but then again, when was he home? He always worked 24/7. So maybe it will be ok to move out. She would be able to see Steven and the family more. And maybe learn more about her past and about her mom. While getting to know her real father.

They got everything in a big truck that Steven sent over for her. There were so many people helping her move. Even though the wolf is very strong they try to at least act like a real human some of the time. She told the men what was going and they would rap it up so it would not break and then take it down to the truck. Eva helped a little bit, but she mostly left all the heavy lifting to the guys.

Because let's be honest who doesn’t love to watch a sexy sweet man move things?

When they were done with everything Blossom gave her father a kiss on the cheek and told him to not be a stranger. She also told him to not work too much, and to take a break now and then. He gave her a smile and told her to also not forget to come am visit once in a while. He was a good man for taking care of them both. She would never forget it.

She gave him one last hug and kiss then waved goodbye. She got in the car with Eva and they drove off to her new house. It was the brightest of all day and she could have been happier, she couldn’t get the excitement to go down as they were getting closer. When she got to the gate the same guy was there. Soon as he saw us he smiled and opened the gate. “Have a nice day you too”, he said. I smiled and gave him a nice waive.

When we got to the front door Steven and three other men were standing there. She smiled knowing that they know even before getting out of the car. When the car stopped Steven walked over and open the door pulling Blossom out. She smiled at him but he wanted more than just a small smile. But instead, he pulled her in for a big hug. “I am so happy you are here now”, he said, squeezing her until she almost couldn’t breathe. Blossom’s grandma was smiling at them. When Steven finally let go of Blossom, they both walked up to the door. “He has not stopped asking about you all week. I hope you can handle him”, grandma said. Blossom looked at Steven and then back at grandma. “I think I got it. If not, I will be sure to call for you”, Blossom said with a playful smile on her lips.

Steven did not say anything he just took her hand and pulled her into the house. Some of the people were already unloading the truck. “Come let me show you our room”, Steven said, pulling her up the start and to the second floor. Blossom gave him a look, with a raised brow. “Our room”, she said. He looked to his right at her, “My wolf and I need you close by or at least in the same room with me. We are mates after all. What did you think I was going to do? Let you sleep without me. I can't have my people thinking you hate me”, Steven said giving her a kiss on the cheek.

She sighs and gave him a small smile. “Fine but if you don't behave I will leave or kick you out. Do you hear me, Blossom said, pointing a finger at him. He put his hands in the air to surrender. “I will let you get settled in for the week, but after that, I am going to get what I really want. You can't keep me waiting all my life”, Steven said, with a play full look in his eyes.

They walked all the way down to the end of the hall. Steven stopped at a nice big white door. “Go ahead I will let you do the honors”, he said with a wide smile. She smiled at him and then pushed the door open to review a big colorful room.

There were some pictures on the wall of the family. Some of Blossom’s things were already in the room. Like her boxes of clothes and her desk, even her own picture she had around her room was up on the walls and spread out.

“Is it ok, if I start to put away some of my things?” She asked looking over at Steven to see him nod his head. Blossom smiled as she starts to work on the boxes. As she was working Steven was just watching his mate do her own thing. He was going to help but he liked just watching her work.

After about an hour of watching her, he finally thought she should use a break. “Hey baby would you like to go for a walk to the waterfall”, he said, as Blossom turned around to look at him. “Yeah, I guess I could use a break”, she said, looking at Steven to see him smiling. He stood up and walked over to take her hand. They both walked out of their room to go down the stairs and out the back door through the family room. They walked to the trees behind the packhouse. Blossom looked over to Steven, “Wolf or human”, Blossom ask, watching Steven stand there thinking, then finally telling her, “Wolf”. Blossom knows what he is trying to do, but she did not really mind because she knows that he will not hurt her. She started to shift into her wolf. She doesn’t feel the pain at all anymore. Once she was all done and she was a full wolf, Steven did the same. Blossom likes seeing him in his wolf, it makes her feel even more safe being with him.

Once he was done and he was also a full wolf, they started to run to the water full where they sat on the rock. They ran as fast as they could, they only almost ran into two branches along the way. When Blossom could start to hear the water she slowed down her running. After a few minutes, she could see the waterfall in her view sight. When she saw the rock she stopped running.

She looked at Steven and he was already starting to shift to human form. While he was shifting she walked and was standing on the rock looking over the waterfall. Steven came up once he was done shifting. He sat down and made sure he was not wide open. Even though he would not care if he was.

She was not sure if she should really do it, but she couldn’t really talk to him while she was a wolf. So she kinda just wants to get it out of the way. She walked over to stand in front of Steven. He looked her in the eyes. Then he nodded his head and was about to get up but Blossom growled at him. He stopped getting up and looked at her with a brow raised.

She put her head up to the sky and started to shift back to her human form. She was again in a ball with her knees up to her chest. She brought her head back down so she was now looking at Steven in the eyes. Steven was not saying anything. “I know it will happen one day, so I just want to kinda get it over with. But you say one joke about me and I will bite you, Steven”, Blossom said, pointing a finger at him. Steven nodded his head and put his hands up in the air to surrender.

She turned her body around on the rock without having to stand up just yet. Blossom took a deep breath and stood up but with her back to Steven. Steven was just watching what she was doing. When he saw that she was standing to let him see her with no clothes on he was trying so hard not to smile too big. “Baby, as much as I like this view as well as the water. But you don't have to do it. I can always wait, even though I and my wolf might get crazier”, he said. “No, I want to do this. I am a wolf after all. We don't let nudity get to us like that, am I right”, Blossom said, looking over her shoulder at Steven.

She slowly turned around to face Steven. She had her arms at her side, but she would not look him in the eyes. Steven could not keep it in anymore. He had the biggest smile on his face as he took in every inch of his mate. His eyes moved down her body very slowly taking in what he could. “Baby, will you look at me”, he said. She hesitated for a minute but she finally did do what he asked of her and looked down at her very sexy mate who was still sitting on the rock.

He got up off the rock and was walking over to her. He put his hand out. She gave him her, and he pulled her into him. Giving her a nice sweet kiss on the lips. “You have no idea how much I want you right now”, he said. Blossom is happy to hear that, but she also knows that it will not take long for him to be even happier with her like this. They stayed like that for a while, but Blossom had to push him away because it was becoming too much for them both to be this close. He was getting turned on just by hugging her.

She turned around to look at the water. “Hey, that should tell you something, right”, Steven said with a grin on his face. She did not answer him she just keeps her eye on the waterfall. Steven gave her one last hug from behind. Then she walked over to the edge of the waterfall. “Steven where does the waterfall stop”, she said looking over the edge. He gave her a confused look. “Near our pack land, not that far from a house”, he said while watching her. She smiled at him and turned around. “I bet, I can make it back to the pack house before you do”, she said. Then she let herself fall backward into the waterfall.

Steven went to catch her hand but missed by an inch. He was half smiling but worried about her. So he did the best thing. He jumped in as well after her. The water pushed him down the water full so he would land in the big lake down below. Then the water keeps on pushing him down the lake even more. “Blossom if you live I am going to kill you myself for this”, he said, in his head.

It was a while until he finally got to the end of the waterfall. When he got there he saw Blossom standing near the lake with no clothes on looking at him. She smiled at him “I win”, she said. He glared at her. “It was not funny, you could have got hurt”, he said, getting out of the water. Soon as he got out of the water he saw a few of his pack mates looking at Blossom. He looked at her and let a growl rip through his chest. Then turned around and glared at his pack mates, “Stopped looking at my mate and your future luna like that. Show some respect boys”, Steven said while pulling me into his arms to try and shield me from their praying eyes. The only thing I could do was chuckle. Man, wolves are very overprotective of their mates, am I right?

“Hey calm down. I am not into them. I only need you”, she said while putting her hand on his chest to get him to calm down. Steven pulled her in even more into his body. He inhaled her scent and it calmed him down more. “This is going to be very hard. You are going to be a pain in the ass, aren’t you”, Steven said, with a chuckle and a shake of his head. She smiled and started to walk away from him. While she was walking away her ass swayed back and forth. “Are you coming or are you just going to keep watching my ass from afar”, she said, over her shoulder. He took in a breath and shook his head and started to jog to catch up to her.
