Nicks Pov
Its so different here in Salem Mass. I moved here years ago and have been friends with Rosealine for many years. So as im walking to school I see her siting on the schools steps by the door waiting for me. Shes siting there with a book while listening to some music. So I decided to sneek up behind her and tap her on the shoulder. As I do this I see her jump up and turn around scared. Only to see her face turn from shock to a smile when she sees its only me. And starts to laugh. "Hey Nick sup. How are you doing today." Rose asked me. I replied to her " I'm good. Is everything alright with you." I asked. " Yea I'm alright" Rose tells me. As she said this to me she turns away. I sigh and go behind her and hug her and tell her " I know your not alright".as I said this she sits there for a few minutes before she turns around and hugs me back before pulling away and telling me whats wrong
Rose Pov
As Nick came behind me and huged me he knew I wasn't alright I can never hid anything from him. Hes been there for me ever since my family wasn't and I never liked school either. So as I sat there for a moment and thought about what I was gonna tell Nick I decided to tell him the truth. I turn around and hug him back before talking to him " Ok Nick I keep getting bullied and can't take it anymore and your the only one who cares about me. When no one else does. Not even my family cares. I didn't want to worry you i'm sorry please forget what I told you." I told Nick. As I told him this he grabs my hand and stands up with me pulling me into a hug. And telling me " Rose its alright and don't worry I will always be here for you. So you can always count on me ok. "Nick tells me with a smile "Ok Nick lets go to class then" I say so we walk to math class with each other. Only little did we know that will be the last time I would see Nick alive
