As rose walked to school alone again she was still wondering where nick had gone he was the only one who was ever there for me when i needed someone to talk to and was my only friend. He also helped me with my issue of being bullied. His parents had filed a missing persons with the police but there was no word yet on where he was that was two weeks ago. I miss him alot. I think to my self as and decided to listen to some music while going to school. As the day went on i got bullied more I didnt care though my only thought was where nick could have gone. I went home that day missing him.

Police pov

As we were searching the place for the missing kid nick. We were searching the whole town we saw a lake that we hadnt searched yet. As time started to go by and no leads on where he could be until one of the officer said they had found a body. Sgt linda we just found a body in the lake we cant tell for sure who it is but we think it might be the missing boy we were searching for. Ok lets go take a look at it. As I went to go see the body the dive team was just pulling the body out of the lake. As i saw the boys face it was the one we were looking for. The coroner came in and told me that we she had to take him to do an autopsy on him. While they put him in a bag and on the way to the morgue me and officer daniel went to tell the parents thay we had foind there son. And to tell them the news that he was dead. When we got to the house I knocked on the door and the parents answered the door. Hi there sir my name is Linda and this is my partner daniel. We are here to inform you that we have found your son. May we come in and talk. They both said yes and as i explained that he was dead they both broke down crying. How could this have happend to our son the husband had asked trying to calm down his wife. They asked where he was now and and linda told him that he was taken in for an autopsy. The mom excused herself and went to call rose since she was Nicks friend. At the end of school i went home only to find the phone ringing i answerd it and it was nicks parents. Hello how are you doing rose the mom asked. Im alright just missing nick alot any news on if they found him yet. Rose you should sit down if your not already before I tell you the news the mom sniffs. Ok im siting now as i listen to her explain that they had found nick but he was dead i started to cry and get up only to fall on the floor wondering how thos could have happend. I run up to my room crying and just wanted to be alone. They said the funeral would be in two weeks after they finished the autopsy. I turned on my music and just sit there in my room crying wishing for nick to be here still but nothing would bring him back or so I thought.
