The cool breeze swooshed through the windows left ajar and the curtains billowed in them. The birds were up and doing, chirping rhythmically as the day unfolded. William tossed and turned on his semi-soft and cold bed; he had had his fill of sleep but was too lazy to get up. His body already ached from oversleeping.
