Amelia’s POV It wasn't just a familiar figure this time, it was him. Blake. And my scar made sure I knew that. But if not for it, I could swear I would have passed him by without knowing. The noise in the hallway, the chatter, the footsteps, they all faded into the background like I had been carried away. Maybe I have. He stood across the hall, partially turned away with a dark hoodie pulled over his head despite the heat of the day.
