Through Wolves Eyes

The Meeting

*Conner*

"Come back to the palace, we must gather the warriors, and plan the battle to rescue the princess." Said the king after everyone stopped crying and praying. "Yes sir we will be there soon my king." Conner said. 

Of course being the beta to the king, he already knew that the King was going to tell him to come back to the palace, so he had already been on the way back for last hour, so he would be there soon.

 Conner, Calvin, and Sylvia step out of the car and quickly head up to the War Room. Romeo, seated at the head of the table, the packs top warriors are already seated Conner quickly bowed to the King, then took his seat.

 Calvin and Sylvia also bowed to the royal then went to stand in the back. Romeo spoke first "Golden Moon Pack Warriors, are you ready for the battle?" Romeo stood as he asked the question. 

"Yes my king" came from each section leader. "Good then get the warriors loaded." The King said. 

Then he walked out of the room and Conner followed. The warriors, were almost done packing. 

Then the Queen's voice rang out in the minds of the King, the warriors, to the whole pack , "Cease this there will be no battle today!"

 "I will not lose my daughter, and have bloodshed of my pack!" Romeo was pissed, struggling to control his wolf he found his mate, sitting in her study. 

"What the hell Ruby, why are you trying to stop this?" Asked Romeo. Ruby looked up at her mate, and said. "I am sorry my love, I can not allow this battle." "With Selene missing, I can not risk losing any of our pack."  "Besides I know how to find her, and I only need one person to do it." "You see my love years ago I put a sleeper in Lee's pack, and she has been waiting for this day." With that Ruby pulled a small old flip phone, and pressed the green button. Within two ring the mystery person picked up, and Ruby said. "Dixie." The person, said. "Understood." Then the call ended.

*Selene*

Ugh, my head. Selene thought, then like a dam was broken everything came rushing back. Tears began to fall down her cheeks as looked around at the room she was being held captive in. It was mostly dark in the room, but somehow she could see everything very well. She wanted her parents. Today was not supposed to go like this. I have got to get out of here. Why did they take me? I am just a small town girl. "Stop crying Selene, we will be okay." a voice said. "Hello, whos there?" Selene asked the room. Looking around again, but no one was in the room. "My name is Artemis, I am your wolf." Selene gasped. The voice is in my head, I must be losing my mind. "No, you are a amazing, strong werewolf Selene, and a princess." Artemis spoke again. Selene shaking her head, "No this can't be real." she said out loud. Just then the door opened, and a tall man stepped in the room, flipping on the lights. He looked at Selene and smiled, but the smile was wrong, it was a sickening one. "Well hello Princess Selene, my name is Lee I am the alpha of the Cross pack." Lee said as he pulled a chair close to the one Selene was tied up in. Selene looked down at the ropes holding her, and now that her mind was clear she wondered if they had searched her. She pressed her thighs together trying to feel if her knife was still on her leg, to her surprise it was still there. Thank you dad for making me always carry a knife she thought. And thank the dumbass who tied my hands in front of me. She hid a smile, and looked up at Lee. "What do you want with me?" She asked. May as well get some questions she had answered. He cleared his throat and said. "Well your real mother and father are the king and queen of all werewolves of North America." He continued. "I want to be the king, so this can go one of two ways, either you marry me and I won't kill you just your parents, or you refuse me and I kill you and your parents." The shock in her eyes must have betrayed her because he began laughing. "Okay, I will give you some time to think it over, besides why would you care about two people who gave you up." He said flatly, as he walked out and shut the door. Tears filled her eyes, she knew she was adopted but her mom had told her that they adopted her from a woman and man who were in trouble and on the run for their lives from bad people, and that their only wish was for her to be safe. Selene always guessed that the bad people had caught them, and they had died but now knowing that they are alive, she really had to get out of here. She began pulling up her dress, and on the inside of her thigh was her small but very sharp knife. She pulled it from the band, opened it and began to cut the ropes. After about a minute her hands were free, now her feet then the ropes around her waist. She stood up and walked around the room hoping for a second door, no such luck. She went to the window, she looked out thankfully she was on the ground floor. She slowly eased the window up, carefully stuck her head out first and looked around for anyone. No one was around, she climbed out the window and shut it behind her, but as she did Lee walked into the room. He saw her outside the window, and yelled. "YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY!" Selene turned and ran as fast as she could, thanking her parents for all those years of track, but she messed up she looked back and when looked back in front of her it was too late, she ran slap into the big guy Bruce who had taken her. His arms wrapped around her and she began to fight, kicking, biting. She managed to kick him in the south pole, and he dropped her instantly. Soon as her feet hit the ground she began running again. But it was too late she was being surrounded, then a huge net was thrown over her the net seemed to burn her skin. "Ahhhhhh!" She screamed out. She couldn't move, as she lay on the ground Lee walked up to her. "It's a Wolfsbane net, seems I have your answer about marrying me, too bad you are beautiful, damn oh well." "Oh and don't worry you will meet your parents, in Hell." He stated this as if he was talking about the weather. "Take her to a cell." He said to one of the people standing around her. She was becoming very sleepy, two people picked her up a man and a woman. After they took the net off her and shut the cell door the Wolfsbane finally took her over and she passed out on the floor of the cell.
