~Tobias~
I went into work at the police station, like everyday. I work as a policeman. I love being a police officer, it's been my dream ever since I was little, so to be doing it now is amazing. There's always 1 that gets away, but we keep doing and hope 1 day they get caught and don't get away.
I'm Tobias, I'm 21 and I love being a police officer, nothing is more satisfying than when you catch a perp and they get what they deserve, when justice is getting given is an amazing feeling, especially if you've helped.
I walk to a group of other officers, they're pretty sound, we have a laugh together and work really well together. All 6 of us are really good, we're the best in the station, much to the deputy's disappointment, everyone hates the deputy so we love that we're better at our jobs than him.
The group is made up of 5 other officers, Harry, Lewis, Aimee, Alex and Dante. Harry, he's...well he's very passionate, he hates when they get away. He gets so frustrated and wound up, he takes it the hardest but when he catches the perp he's beyond happy and usually celebrates. Lewis is the joker of our group, he always tries to lighten the mood if it's getting heavy, but he's serious when he has to be. Then Aimee...well...what can I say? She's a dream...in her sleep. She maybe female and the only female in our group but f**k me, she's fierce. Honestly, you never want to piss her off, don't underestimate her....you'll always regret it. Alex well....he's a man of very few words, he's the quietest of our group but he is very observant. He notices all the smallest details and remembers them well too, he's amazing at tracking. We all have our own special points, like Dante as well, he's really strong like me, he's great when we need back up to restrain a perp, it's very rare him or me need back up as we're both very strong. I've been trained and so has Dante, we got taught military restrains. Dante doesn't really joke about, he's very serious at the job.
"Hey guys, did you catch the chick you was after earlier?" I asked as I approached my colleges, getting the death glare from Aimee, "no unfortunately, the chief really is not happy either" Alex replies beyond frustrated, this chick is really getting under his skin, I can tell by how frustrated he sounds. "She's quick man, very quick" Lewis adds on, for Lewis to say she's fast she will be. "You can see how she's not been caught in the 5 years she's been on the run for" Aimee says defeated and fed up, Aimee never admits defeat like that, I couldn't believe what I'm hearing "surely she's not that good" I reply not believing what I was hearing, I mean these guys are the best all 6 of us we're the ones always requested when help is needed. "No" Alex says very bluntly, as I said he's a man of very few words. "She's better" Harry carries on, you can hear the frustration in his voice, like I said he always takes it the hardest, Dante then says "we was chasing her, nearly had her" in a way I very really hear him talk "then we lost her down an ally" Alex finishes. I couldn't believe what I was hearing the best officers talking so deflated, all by 1 chick, "seriously?" I asked beyond surprised. Lewis tries to lighten the mood "put it this way, she'd give Catwoman a run for her money" Dante quickly interferes with "so the chief is not the least bit impressed with us", Dante like myself was very serious at times like this, especially if the chief isn't happy. Then words I never thought I'd ever hear come out of Aimee's mouth "She is impossible to catch" she says irritated at the situation, I have never heard Aimee say anything like that. Suddenly I'm startled out of the conversation by a voice shouting which we all dread hearing, "Tobias Connor! My office immediately!" the chief shouted, I gulp 'I'm dead' I thought to myself, I turn to my colleges "you weren't kidding when you said he weren't happy" I say as I take in a deep breath, "good luck man" Lewis says knowing how annoyed the chief is right now " you'll need it" Dante says to me as I walk away from the group. "R.I.P me" I say to myself as I make my way to the chief's office.
