Chapter 15

~Roxanna~

As we was talking Tobias was staring at my sleeve, I give him a what? kinda look "hey why is there blood coming through your sleeve?" not caring I just answered "it's nothin dude, jus chill" Tobias is in disbelief you can hear it in his next questions "nothing?! Seriously?!" I'm just chill though so in a relaxed way i just respond with "dude it's just a scratch" the only thing with Tobias being a 'friend' was he kept getting concerned deeply way to easy "you need to get it checked out" yeahhhhhh no, I know he's just being a 'friend' but it's my body "yeah, I'm a wanted criminal. Of course I'll go get it checked out at the hospital, then after that I'll let the police arrest me and put me away for who knows how long" I answer sarcastically. "Ok, I get it. Look my mom's a doctor, why don't you come round? She can sort it" Tobias says knowing I won't go the hospital, I don't like them but still it's nothing "dude, it's nothin, I ain't feelin nothin, it's probably jus a scratch" I say pretty chilled, I know my speech isn't perfect it's slightly broken but what else do you expect? then he just drops it, I'm not complaining though. "Ok, but at least come round to mine, my mom and dad haven't seen you in years. Come on, like old days" Tobias begs, we only started talking to each other properly 2 or 3 weeks ago and he's already driving me mad "yeah coz I'm sure they'll want a robbin, drug dealin, murderer in their house" I reply sarcastically "they won't care, please" he asked.

I mentally groaned in annoyance, only he could annoy me while I'm high. I throw the finished smoke away, I turn to Tobias "will you quit buggin me over it?" I ask "yes, and maybe let my mom check out your scratch" he answers knowing I'll admit defeat to shut him up, he air quoted the word scratch. He knew he won this round of wits, fine I'll cave this once but just once I'm to chill to argue, but I won't let them check out the scratch doctor or not "I'll think about it, it feels fine" I shrug, Tobias however was not so chill "because you're so damn high, come on" he snaps back frustrated, I may have gotten under his skin but meh...."oh bossy, let's go narky" I say teasing him.

Tobias rolls his eyes then starts to climb down out the tree, I however don't 'climb down' per say, I jump down rolling as I hit the floor then stand back up. Worry was all over Tobias's face as I pulled that 'stunt', but me...nah, it's all just the norm for me "that's gonna take time to get use to" he said relieved "shut up lets go" I say as I light another, we then started walking off going to his house should be fun.

Me and Harry are watching Tobias and Roxanna, Tobias is doing amazing. As me and Harry are watching Tobias and Roxanna, we are talking to Lewis and Alex on the radio, "how are you doing there?" Alex asked "so far so good, she seems to be falling for the trap, Tobias is doing good. The way he has her believing into that he want's to be friends, she's falling for it" I reply "yeah guys, T could be an actor" Harry adds on. The others are watching with the camera we have zoomed in on them at the police station "you're not wrong there, great job guys, keep going" Alex says to us, "copy that" I said then stopped talking and carried on watching Tobias, Harry has a smirk on face, we carry on following them in the car.

We arrive outside of my house, before we think of going in, I'm going to have to ask Roxanna something so I turn to her "Ann, can you please not light another after that, mom and dad don't like smoking in the house, drugs more so" I ask nicely, Roxanna rolls her eyes "fine T, but if I need another I'm comin out for 1" "fine, ok" I answer it's only fair I guess, at least she's respecting that much right? Anyway, Roxanna throws another roach (the part you hold), great she's finished no to go in.

Me and Roxanna walk in, at the risk of getting injured I turn to her and say "no offense Ann, but you reek of drugs" thankfully it didn't offend her, or I'm guessing as I never got whacked by her "Thanks, I should think so, I deal an take 'em enough" she smiled unfazed by what I said, is this a trick? I bloody hope not, after Roxanna answered me I heard my dad from another room "is it just me or does it reek of drugs in here?" he asked as him and my mom was coming towards us.

When my mom and dad reached us, my mom threw her arms around me and gave me a hug, she always does. Roxanna is standing beside me watching everything pan out, "don't worry dad, it's not just you" I said trying to discreetly hint towards Roxanna, then my mom seen Roxanna and next was exactly what I expected to happen, mom stood there in shock, as if she saw a ghost or something "Roxanna? Is that you?" mom said in utter disbelief, and of course how does Roxanna answer?.....winner winner chicken dinner, sarcastic "no, you're imagining things"....'damn it Ann, play nice' I thought to myself knowing exactly what she was doing, she always done it when we were kids, juvie may have changed her, but somethings never change. My mom gives Roxanna a small, quick hug remembering that Roxanna isn't a fan of hugs. Use to only be Elliot and her mom who she'd hug willingly and even that wasn't everyday she'd be willing, I'm not surprised my mom remembered, "I've missed you" mom says as she stands back next to my dad, I smugly said "told you Ann" then she elbowed me, yeah, Roxanna elbowed me when she realised I was being smug. Right after she elbowed me, through gritted teeth she said "shut up" then she looked at my mom and said "nice to see you too Jen", still call my mom by her first name, that's a good sign.....I think, I hope then my dad said happily "it's been a while kid" Roxanna just keeps a straight face "yeah it has" Roxanna answers emotionless. 

My mom seen Roxanna's arm bleeding through her shirt, she's a well known amazing doctor so of course she noticed the blood "what is that blood coming out from your  sleeve?" mom asked really concerned, Roxanna being herself answered "it's just a scratch" it's annoying how she's saying it's a scratch but from the amount coming it's not, no one is believing it "that's what she says, but I don't agree" I said finally having a game plan, knowing what my mom is like she backed me up "neither do I, let me check it out". I feel smug as s**t right now, Roxanna OF COURSE shoots daggers my way, but even though I knew it'd piss her off I smirked and stood smug. My dad broke us out of our stir down when he said "seriously though, why does it reek of drugs in here?" I just shift my eyes to Roxanna hoping my dad got the hint, thankfully he did as he gave me a knowing nod.
