Chapter 9: The Father's Fury

Just when Erica and Alexander thought they had weathered the storm, another challenge came their way. Alexander's father, a stern and traditional man, found out about their relationship. He was furious that his son was in love with a maid and demanded that Erica be kicked out of the mansion.

Alexander was taken aback by his father's reaction. He tried to reason with him, explaining that he loved Erica and that her status as a maid didn't change his feelings for her. However, his father was adamant. He believed that Alexander's relationship with Erica was tarnishing their family's reputation.

Despite Alexander's pleas, his father ordered Erica to leave the mansion. Erica was heartbroken but understood the situation. She packed her belongings and left the mansion, her heart heavy with sadness.

Alexander was devastated. He couldn't believe that his father had driven away the woman he loved. He was angry and frustrated, but he was also determined. He knew that he couldn't let Erica go, not when he loved her so much.
