The Two Worlds Episode 11: The Child of Two Worlds The Fourth Key burned like fire beneath Arjun's skin. Golden symbols glowed across his hand. The moment he touched the key, memories flooded his mind. Thousands of them. Ancient wars. Fallen kingdoms. Broken timelines. And one face. Kael. --- Arjun gasped and fell to one knee. The visions were overwhelming. He saw a young Kael training beside Amara. Laughing. Dreaming. Believing. A hero. Not a villain. --- Then he saw the betrayal. The day Kael learned the truth. The day he discovered what the Mirror King planned. The day everything changed. --- "Arjun!" Maya knelt beside him. "What did you see?" --- Before he could answer, the chamber exploded with silver light. The Mirror King raised his hand. A portal opened. --- "The time for secrets is over." --- The portal expanded. Showing a hidden place beyond reality. A place neither Timeline A nor Timeline B knew existed. --- The Origin Realm. --- The birthplace of all worlds. --- Massive crystal structures floated in endless space. Rivers of light flowed between stars. Reality itself seemed alive. --- "This is where it began," the Mirror King said. "And where it will end." --- Suddenly another portal opened. Darkness poured through it. A familiar figure emerged. --- Kael. --- His golden mask was gone. For the first time, Arjun and Maya saw his face clearly. He looked older than they expected. Tired. Scarred. Heartbroken. --- Kael's eyes locked onto Arjun. "You told him." --- The Mirror King nodded. "He deserved the truth." --- "No." Kael's voice trembled. "You told him your truth." --- Silence followed. --- Arjun stepped forward. "Then tell me yours." --- For several moments Kael simply stared at him. Then he finally spoke. --- "When you were born, reality changed." --- The Origin Realm responded. Ancient stars lit up around them. --- "You were never meant to exist." --- Arjun froze. --- "The Child of Two Worlds was a prophecy." Kael continued. "A child born from two realities." "A bridge between timelines." "A living key." --- Maya looked horrified. "A living key?" --- The Mirror King lowered his head. --- Kael nodded. "The seven keys were never meant to open a prison." "They were meant to awaken him." He pointed at Arjun. --- The world seemed to stop. --- "The final key." --- Arjun felt sick. The four keys he carried suddenly felt heavier. As if they agreed. --- The Mirror King stepped forward. "That isn't the whole truth." --- "Then tell them!" Kael shouted. --- The immortal king finally did. --- Thousands of years ago, the First Darkness had nearly consumed reality. Neither the Mirror King nor the Void King could destroy it. The only solution was to create something new. Someone new. --- A being capable of controlling all realities at once. --- The Child of Two Worlds. --- Arjun. --- The revelation hit like thunder. Everything. Every prophecy. Every key. Every vision. Had led to him. --- "You made me?" Arjun whispered. --- The Mirror King's eyes filled with regret. --- "Yes." --- For the first time in the story, Arjun looked genuinely angry. --- "You used me." --- The Mirror King didn't answer. Because he couldn't. --- A terrible silence followed. --- Then the Origin Realm shook. Violently. --- Cracks spread across the stars. Reality screamed. --- Something was coming. --- The First Darkness. --- A colossal eye opened beyond existence itself. Larger than worlds. Older than time. Watching them. --- Everyone froze. Even the Mirror King. Even Kael. --- The eye blinked. --- And millions of realities vanished instantly. --- Gone. --- Arjun felt it. Entire worlds erased from existence. As easily as blowing out a candle. --- The First Darkness had awakened. --- A voice echoed across creation. Not loud. Yet impossible to ignore. --- "At last." --- The stars died around them. --- "The Seventh Key lives." --- The eye focused directly on Arjun. --- "Come to me." --- Fear gripped everyone. Because the First Darkness wasn't speaking to the Mirror King. Or Kael. Or the Void King. --- It wanted Arjun. --- The Child of Two Worlds. --- Far below, the four keys began glowing together. A new location appeared. The strongest signal yet. --- FIFTH KEY DETECTED LOCATION: THE VOID KING'S PRISON --- Kael looked toward the distant darkness. Then toward Arjun. --- "We're out of time." --- The Mirror King nodded. For the first time, they agreed on something. --- If the Fifth Key fell into the wrong hands... Everything would end. --- And somewhere deep inside his prison... The Void King opened his eyes. --- To Be Continued...
