Sasha collapsed onto the floor in pain. With the intense cramping came a wave of warmth from below.
Amniotic fluid mixed with blood gushed out from beneath her.
Her face went pale with alarm. Her gaze fell on the phone that Felix had smashed to the ground.
She crawled toward it.
She grabbed the phone. Luckily, because of the protective case, the screen was cracked but still worked.
Sasha quickly dialed 911.
"Help..."
Minutes later, the ambulance arrived, and Sasha was rushed into the operating room.
Her abdomen cramped violently, and her vision began to darken.
Sasha shed tears unconsciously, panic gripping her heart.
"Please... you have to save my baby."
