Elizabeth’s POV
“If everyone can be seated again” I called out, over the crowd in the dining hall, before turning to Helen, who placed the silencing spell on the room again. “Prince Kyle sends his apologies; he will not be joining us for a while” I include as King Isaac looks in my direction; his face void of any emotion. His thoughts are telling me a different story, and he is pissed as f**k about the betrayal of two of his packs. “We wanted to go around the room and ask if there was anyone from your kingdoms that wasn’t willing to come and stand by you.”
“I can’t speak for the other kingdoms” Werecat King Leonard states, standing up from his seat. “My warriors and a few trusted pride leaders are all I asked to come with me. I didn’t extend the invitation to the rest of my kingdom.”
