Elizabeth’s POV
I finished talking with Louisa, and she had an inkling her biological mother gave her up because of something unpleasant. She didn’t hate Donna for not wanting to raise her, she understood and had no further questions she wanted to be answered. She said ‘I have great parents and a great family who raised me to be the person I am today. That is all that matters.’
Once I was done, I went searching for Kyle. I could feel all sorts of emotions through our bond. When I didn’t find him, I mind linked him, and he told me he had been going for a run to clear his head and was coming back soon. I decided to start packing for our trip to Silver Falls.
Kyle came into our room half an hour late
