A prophecy? About Elizabeth and I? Maybe. Mum and Dad knew about it but didn’t think anything of it because he didn’t know he had witch blood running through his veins; hardly unlikely. I understand they didn’t want to put a target on our backs. I understand my great-grandmother took her secrets to the grave. And I understand everything that has happened is speculation on our behalf. Even Horice said there is no record of my great-grandmother’s witch side. Is he just saying that? He isn’t very forthcoming with information. I get the feeling he knows more about it than he is telling me.
