“Thank the Gods.” Stacy sunk down to sit on the bed, her features showing her clear relief. “I've been trying to wake you.” “I was dreaming,” Taya advised horsely, taking the sheet Stacy had offered in order to dry herself. “You've been asleep for days. You were crying out, fighting, and no matter what I did you wouldn't wake.” As Taya became more aware of her environment she felt a magical charge in the air, it was a few more moments before she recognised it as her own.
