This world was real, at the very least that was what my mom had led me to believe, so there was absolutely no reason to doubt her, even though it had crossed my mind that perhaps my mom had lost her mind. Time in the virtual worlds were so my and erratic depending on which one you were on, and that was enough to drive someone crazy.
