LIFE TRAGEDY (a coming of age story)

THE WRITTEN LETTER

my name is gift . i am the only child of my parents I turned 18 last month two days before the end of my term examinations. when I was 16i read a book titled life tragedy and I realized that at 18 one is no longer a teenager but an adult.

my father Mr bello was a professor in one of the famous University in Nigeria and my mum is an owner of a shopping plaza, so am always at home alone with my nanny, and it get bored all the time staying home.

I was known in school for my brilliance cute and nice to everyone around but everything seems to turn around as from my ss2

it was a Monday morning our first day of resumptions into ss2 , and sorts of work we're going on cleaning up the class room and rest and there was a lot of noise from every angle of the class

I was sitting in a corner when he came to me to say hi

I was surprised when I raised my eyebrows to see who was that

I just jumped up and gave him a tight hug, I thought u were not coming I missed u Alot

then we had kisses

his my boyfriend (BF)

we started dating on the day of our final promotion exam into ss2

He wrote me a letter sending Monica my friend to deliver it

I love him since while sha and I didn't even hesitate to be his girlfriend

but unknown to is l**t not love

a weeks time will be birthday party so I invited him to my home and some friends I wished I never did that.
