HAZEL’S POV
Everything came back to me in one night. The memories of the day I came to work at the Storm manor, the first day I met Aziel, my blowout with him, being with Aziel, finding out Aziel knew about my family and running out on him and lastly, being in the woods and tripping and falling.
It had all happened in a dream and I woke up with a start. “Aziel,” I said as I shook him lightly.
“Azi, wake up.”
He stirred before opening his eyes. It was still the early hours of the morning, but I was so happy to have my memory back that I needed to share it with him.
“What’s wrong?” Aziel asked groggily but with a concerned look on his face.
“I remember everything,” I told him excitedly. That seemed to awaken him fully.
