AZIEL’S POV It may seem like an exaggeration to some people, but I felt betrayed by Hazel’s confession. I had always been one to keep my promise to people and hold people to theirs. I trusted Hazel to keep our relationship a secret and she didn’t. I felt hurt by it. I knew there was probably an explanation but I didn’t want to hear it. Moreover, I felt like a fool.
