AZIEL’S POV
“She’s in a coma right now. I guess we just have to hope for the best, hopefully, she will come back to us soon.”
The doctor said, with a smile on his face which I assumed he thought was comforting, but it only heightened my distress.
They had performed an emergency surgery on her and she had lost a lot of blood. I had been scared out of my life, but then the doctor said she was alive and I felt better, but now she had slipped into a coma and they weren’t sure when she would be conscious again.
“But, is she going to be alright?” I asked, my voice shaking.
“We reckon she will. It isn’t unusual in cases like this for the patient to be out of it for a while. She suffered very severe trauma to her head and it is a miracle she is still alive.” He explained.
