Chapter Fourteen

Beauty p.o.v

Bambi and my cousin Chase dragged me out of the house tonight. Me and Kai haven't been talkin', I don't even know if we are even a couple. They made me put on this black jumpsuit that had lace on the side and hugged all my curves, some black red bottom pumps, the diamond earrings Kai gave me after I had Alexia, and my hair was flat ironed.

"Bae stop looking so mean," Bambi said.

I glanced at her and rolled my eyes. Chase sighed and hugged me. I don't even know why I'm out with these heifers, I need to be looking for my kids instead of drinking. I hired a babysitter to watch Alexia I ain't trust her, but she watched my niece and nephew all the time so I guess she would be alright with Alexia.

"Here you go ladies," The bartender said.

"Oh we didn't order these," Bambi said.

"Well they did." He said.

He pointed upstairs and I seen Kai, Hassan, his best friend, and another nigga. Chase rolled her eyes Hassan got a little crush on her, but she says she doesn't like him like that.

"They want y'all to go up there," The bartender said.

Bambi grabbed Chase hand and Chase grabbed my wrist. I basically was being dragged up them damn stairs, she got a good as grip. When we got upstairs Chase finally let go of my wrist.

"Damn Chase yo man hands," I complained.

"I know you not talkin' yo punches hurt," She said.

"They supposed to!" I exclaimed.

I felt a pair of arms being wrapped around my waist.

"I missed you Bae," Kai whispered in my ear.

He started kissing my neck leaving hickies which made me moan lowly.

"Aye Kai finna' get some!" The dude I ain't know exclaimed.

Kai chuckled and they dapped or whatever. Kai sat down and put me in his lap.

"Why you been distant?" I asked.

I couldn't see his face because he had some shades on, but I knew them hazel eyes were staying at me.

"Ion know I feel like everyday I'm losing you Beauty," He said.

I have been changing ever since the twins been gon'. But could you blame me? The twins were the reason why I was so happy and why I kept pushin' on. He finally took his shades off and I could see the bags under his eyes.

"You know why I been changin' Kai," I said.

"Yea, but I don't care Beauty we go ride this s**t out together," He said.

He leaned in and licked my bottom lip for entrance. I let him in our tongues were moving in rhythm together. Somebody cleared their throat, Kai let go smiling at me but when he looked up his smile went away. I looked up and seen a man. I couldn't see his face, but he looked like Kai in a way, I guess.

"What you want bruh?" Kai asked.

"We need to talk," The man said.

Kai looked at me and I knew he wanted me to move. I got up and Kai and the man went somewhere. Soon as I get my baby back somebody gotta take him.

Kai p.o.v

"We got a problem man," Jermaine said.

Jermaine was my hit man and hacker. He found out where the twins were I ain't tell Beauty yet, even though I know my baby stressin'. I just don't want her trying to kill the motherfucker who took them.

"What's the problem?" I asked.

"They moved the kids," He said.

"What you mean they moved the twins?" I asked.

"They was at the trap house then when we went there they wasn't there," He said.

I rubbed my hand over my face, if it ain't one thing it's another.

"Well what y'all get?" I asked.

"They had some girls in there, some white, and we got who was in charge," He said.

"How many girls?" I asked.

"About seven," He said.

"Y'all talk to them yet?" I asked.

"Nah they all was scared and was naked," He said.

"Put some clothes on them and we'll talk to them tomorrow," I said.

"Ight, see you," He said.

He threw our gang sign up and I did the same. I walked back in the club I was about to walk right back to Beauty, but some girl grabbed me and took me to the back. I started pushing them off of me, then I finally knew who it was.

"What the hell Angela! I thought yo ass was in jail fo' life!" I yelled.

"I got out on bail baby, don't you miss me?" She asked.

"No my man does not miss yo' crazy ass," A voice said.

I looked and it was Beauty. Thank you Jesus. Angela rolled her eyes.

"Nobody was talking to yo' fat ass," Angela said.

"Aye my gi-"

"Nah I got this heifer," Beauty said cutting me off. She took her earrings out, gave them to me, and got in Angela face. "First of all I'm not fat! I have curves sweetie! Second of all Kai is not your man nomo! Get that through yo brain! And third of all I'm bout to beat yo ass!" Beauty yelled.

Beauty charged at het and started beating her ass. I felt bad for Angela, soon a big crowd started forming around them. Bambi and Chase came and started yelling at me.

"Get them Kai!" Bambi yelled.

"Beauty not even gettin' her ass beat!" I yelled.

"Nigga you betta' get my cousin before yo' ass get beat!" Chase yelled.

I sucked my teeth and pulled Beauty off of Angela. Beauty was still kicking. I walked to the car and put her in the car, she calmed down but you could tell she was mad still. I jogged on the other side and got inside the car. Beauty was still mad, her face was red as hell. Ion understand y'all females, how after a fight y'all still mad?

"Beauty," I said.

"Leave me alone Kai," She mumbled.

I rubbed my hand over my face and started the car. I thought the radio would be on but Beauty turned it off soon as I turned it on. After a half and a hour of driving we was home but something seemed strange. The door was open and all the lights was on. I grabbed my 9 mm. and got out of the car. I walked up to the door and walked in. I heard crying, but it was more like an adult cry then a child cry. Me and Beauty's house was messed the f**k up. I walked in the living room and seen some girl in the corner crying.

"Kai, baby, wha- what the hell happened Haley!" Beauty yelled.

Damn.

"I'm sorry Beauty they took the kids and I was trying to stop them," The girl said.

She started balling her eyes out again. Beauty charged at the girl, but I grabbed her in time.

"Beauty calm the hell down! You ain't about to be fightin' two bitches in one night!" I yelled.

"Get the hell off of me," She said.

She got out of my arms and walked off somewhere.

"How much was she payin'?" I asked.

"$60," The girl said.

"Here," I said.

I gave the girl her 60 and she left quick as hell. I think she know something. Should've let Beauty beat her ass. I walked upstairs and seen Beauty changed into one of my sweatshirts, some sweatpants, and her hair was in a ponytail. I'm glad she took her makeup off, she was beautiful even if she not in some "club" clothes. She also had two bags packed.

"Bae what's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing," She mumbled.

"Beauty what the hell is wrong?!" I asked yelling.

"You! This damn relationship Kai! All of my kids are in fuckin' danger because of some stupid s**t! I love you so much Kai! But you and these niggas out here doin' stupid s**t! This is why I went to college to get a real job," She said.

"So you not happy in our relationship? What you don't want me nomo? Got some nigga on the side? Cuz I read yo damn messages between you and some nigga named Freddy!" I yelled.

Her eyes went big when I said that.

"Yea! I told you s**t I ain't tell another female Beauty! I made you and the kids my everything! You know what f**k it Beauty! I'm gon'! And we ain't together nomo!" I yelled.

I ran downstairs and got in my car and left that damn house. For once I thought a female really loved and cared about me.
