Vincent senses my uneasiness, “Well, if she freaks out, I can compel her to forget.”
“How often, though? I don't want to cause her any harm,” I say.
He reassures me, “Some can be compelled multiple times a day for years.”
“Okay good, I love her too much to do that for that long but it's good to know it won't harm her,” I reply. I then look at all of the guys, “Before you even ask, no Katie and I haven't hooked up. We aren't into girls in that way. We just joke around.”
The guys laugh before Eric asks, “Now tell us your ex's name.”
