Ronan POV I shot a glance at this male and tried to think past my pain. “Why are you out here? You could have started a turf war if Lyra hadn’t been here.” The terror on his face was back. “I’m sorry! I didn’t know you were an Alpha. We were told to come out this far and look for any other supernaturals. Shoot first and ask questions later. We’ve had three cubs die.” That was alarming.
